Companie de constructii din Cluj-Napoca, cu proiecte rezidentiale in dezvoltare, isi extinde echipa. Cautam un Sef de Santier care sa coordoneze si sa supravegheze activitatile de executie, asigurand respectarea proiectului tehnic, a termenelor si a standardelor de calitate.
Responsabilitati:
coordonarea activitatilor de executie pe santier
coordonarea echipei tehnice (ingineri, echipe de muncitori)
monitorizarea lucrarilor in zona de executie si respectarea proiectului tehnic
organizarea si urmarirea graficului de lucrari
colaborarea cu subcontractorii si furnizorii
asigurarea respectarii standardelor de calitate si SSM
Cerinte:
studii in Inginerie Civila
experienta in coordonarea lucrarilor atat pe structura, cat si pe finisaje (partea de arhitectura)
experienta in coordonarea echipelor
bune abilitati de organizare si leadership
cunostinte tehnice solide
