Responsabilitati:
Gestionarea si actualizarea bazelor de date HR cu diferite informatii precum angajari noi, incetari de contract, modificari ale datelor personale si profesionale;
Raspuns la comunicarile primite de la angajati, ceea ce va implica evaluarea nevoilor acestora;
Colectarea informatiilor de la alte departamente sau notificarea acestora cu privire la informatii relevante pentru procesele lor;
Actionarea ca prim punct de contact pentru solicitarile HR ale angajatilor;
Colectarea, verificarea, organizarea, compilarea sau actualizarea electronica a documentelor si inregistrarilor de personal;
Gestionarea inscrierii angajatilor la beneficii;
Mentinerea programului si coordonarea activitatilor din calendar;
Imbunatatirea proceselor si inovare;
Cercetarea amanuntita a intrebarilor complexe ale angajatilor pentru a oferi informatii si solutii corecte
Abilitati:
Cunostinte solide de olandeza si engleza, scris si vorbit (preferabil B2-C1);
1-3 ani de experienta profesionala, ideal intr-un mediu HR;
Abilitati excelente de customer service si gestionare a clientilor;
Actioneaza cu incredere in situatii ambigue; lucreaza eficient intr-un mediu dinamic, in continua schimbare;
Atentie la detalii si abilitati de rezolvare a problemelor;
Abordare proactiva si flexibilitate pentru a prelua responsabilitati si sarcini suplimentare atunci cand este necesar.
