Companie dinamica din zona serviciilor B2B, orientata spre dezvoltarea de solutii moderne pentru mediul office si construirea unor parteneriate pe termen lung cu clienti corporate, isi mareste echipa cu un Business Developer.
Responsabilitati:
• Dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti prin identificarea de noi oportunitati de business si prospectarea activa a pietei
• Generarea de lead-uri prin networking, research, LinkedIn si contactare directa
• Dezvoltarea relatiilor comerciale cu factori de decizie din companii si gestionarea intregului proces de vanzare, de la primul contact pana la semnarea contractului
• Intelegerea nevoilor clientilor si propunerea unor solutii personalizate, intr-un stil de vanzare consultativa
• Mentinerea relatiilor comerciale pe termen lung si actualizarea activitatii in CRM
• Activitate predominant de teren, cu flexibilitate in abordarea strategiilor comerciale
Cerinte:
• Minimum 3 ani experienta in Business Development / B2B Sales
• Profil orientat spre hunting, networking si dezvoltare de clienti noi
• Experienta in vanzare consultativa si interactiune cu middle/top management
• Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, negociere si relationare
• Capacitate de research si identificare a oportunitatilor comerciale
• Experienta in servicii B2B, office solutions sau facilities reprezinta avantaj
• Studii superioare finalizate
