Business Developer
Alatura-te unei companii antreprenoriale in crestere, care aduce experiente premium de cafea in mediul office si dezvolta parteneriate B2B pe termen lung.
Responsabilitati:
Identificarea si prospectarea activa a companiilor target din Brasov si Sibiu;
Generarea de lead-uri noi prin networking, LinkedIn, prospectare directa;
Identificarea si abordarea factorilor de decizie (C-level, HR Directors, Office Managers etc.);
Gestionarea intregului proces de vanzare, de la primul contact pana la semnarea contractului;
Construirea unor relatii comerciale pe termen lung cu clientii;
Intelegerea nevoilor clientilor si propunerea unor solutii personalizate;
Actualizarea permanenta a activitatii comerciale in CRM.
Cerinte:
Minimum 3 ani experienta intr-un rol de Business Development / B2B Sales;
Studii superioare finalizate;
Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, negociere si relationare;
Experienta in vanzare consultativa si cicluri de vanzare medii/lungi;
Experienta in interactiunea cu decidenti de nivel middle & top management reprezinta;
Experienta in industrii precum servicii B2B, office solutions, facilities constituie un plus;
