Persoana va fi responsabila de strategia de vanzari si performanta comerciala a regiunii, axandu-se exclusiv pe coordonarea fortei de vanzari. Obiectivul principal este atingerea si depasirea targetelor de profit si vanzari prin managementul direct al celor 5 Manageri de Vanzari, fara a avea in responsabilitate gestiunea operativa a magazinelor fizice.
Responsabilitati principale:
1. Managementul echipei de vanzari:
Coordoneaza, motiveaza si evalueaza performanta celor 5 Manageri de Vanzari.
Desfasoara intalniri periodice de tip 1:1 si intalniri de echipa pentru alinierea la obiectivele strategice.
Monitorizeaza procesul de delegare si sustine managerii din subordine in atingerea obiectivelor lor specifice.
Identifica nevoile de instruire si faciliteaza cresterea performantei fortei de vanzare.
2. Strategie comerciala si targete:
Participa la intocmirea planului de vanzari si raspunde de realizarea targetului de vanzari si profit pentru regiunea Bucuresti.
Urmareste indicatori de performanta precum: vanzare/salariat, marja etc.
Identifica oportunitati noi de piata si coordoneaza strategiile de activare a clientilor profesionisti.
3. CRM:
Verifica inregistrarile din CRM efectuate de echipele de vanzari (analiza santiere, negocieri, oferte complementare).
Monitorizeaza ofertele tehnice si comerciale intocmite de forta de vanzare pentru a asigura calitatea si promptitudinea acestora.
Asigura implementarea corecta a politicilor comerciale si a fluxului de ofertare.
4. Management financiar si aprobari:
Aproba, in limita competentelor, reducerile speciale, plafoanele de credit sau termenele de plata pentru partenerii strategici.
Monitorizeaza si raspunde de mentinerea unui nivel redus al restantelor clientilor in regiune.
Urmareste incadrarea in bugetul de cheltuieli alocat echipei sale.
Profilul candidatului:
Minimum 5 ani experienta in managementul vanzarilor, preferabil in coordonarea unor structuri mari de agenti de teren in domenii tehnice (instalatii, materiale de constructii).
Abilitati demonstrate de a conduce „manageri de manageri”, cu focus pe dezvoltarea oamenilor si delegare eficienta.
Capacitate de a lucra cu date complexe de piata si indicatori financiari (marja, cash-flow, KPI de productivitate).
Experienta in gestionarea relatiilor comerciale la nivel inalt si reprezentarea companiei in fata clientilor cheie.
