Partenerul nostru este o companie din domeniul agribusiness, cu operatiuni integrate ce includ distributia de inputuri agricole, achizitia si comercializarea cerealelor, precum si activitati de logistica, transport si depozitare. Activitatea se desfasoara intr-un mediu operational complex si dinamic, unde eficienta fluxurilor si colaborarea intre departamente au un rol esential in sustinerea dezvoltarii business-ului.
Rolul de Chief Operations Officer (COO) are ca obiectiv coordonarea activitatilor operationale si optimizarea proceselor interne, cu impact direct asupra eficientei operationale si a modului de lucru dintre echipe.
Responsabilitati:
coordonarea activitatilor de back-office, facturare, logistica, transport si depozitare
urmarirea desfasurarii fluxurilor operationale si a colaborarii intre departamente
monitorizarea activitatii operationale si identificarea zonelor care necesita imbunatatiri
asigurarea organizarii interne si prioritizarea activitatilor in functie de nevoile business-ului
analiza fluxurilor existente si propunerea de solutii pentru eficientizarea activitatilor
implementarea si urmarirea respectarii procedurilor interne
contribuirea la reducerea erorilor operationale si a blocajelor intre departamente
cresterea trasabilitatii comenzilor si livrarilor prin procese si instrumente mai eficiente
participarea la implementarea de noi sisteme si solutii de optimizare operationala
pregatirea de raportari clare catre management privind activitatea operationala
urmarirea indicatorilor operationali si propunerea de masuri de imbunatatire
colaborarea cu echipele interne pentru alinierea proceselor si rezolvarea situatiilor operationale
sustinerea dezvoltarii unui mod de lucru organizat, clar si orientat spre rezultate
Cerinte:
experienta in coordonare operationala, ideal in distributie, agribusiness, retail, FMCG sau alte medii cu fluxuri operationale complexe
abilitati bune de organizare, planificare si prioritizare
experienta in optimizarea proceselor si implementarea procedurilor de lucru
capacitate de coordonare si leadership practic
orientare spre rezultate si eficienta operationala
abilitatea de a lua decizii clare intr-un mediu dinamic
profil echilibrat, proactiv si orientat spre solutii
abilitati bune de comunicare si colaborare intre departamente
