Role description:
The role is focused on supporting management in organizing day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks, communication, and internal projects. The person will work closely with management and different internal teams, playing an important role in organization, prioritization, and process optimization.
Main responsibilities:
• Organizing management agendas and meetings.
• Managing emails, messages, and internal/external communication.
• Tracking tasks, projects, and deadlines.
• Preparing documents, presentations, and necessary reports.
• Participating in meetings and supporting management in operational activities.
• Collaborating with different internal teams to ensure an efficient information flow.
• Supporting the organization and optimization of internal processes.
• Assisting in digitalization, automation, and AI-related initiatives.
Requirements:
• Advanced English level.
• German language represents an advantage.
• Completed higher education degree (Bachelor’s degree finalized with diploma).
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person.
• Good analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and professionalism.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI-related processes.
• Previous experience is not considered a strict requirement.
