Experienta anterioara in vanzari auto minim 2-3 ani
Abilitati excelente de comunicare, negociere si relationare.
Orientare catre client si rezultate.
Atitudine proactiva, dinamica si profesionala.
Cunostinte de operare PC si utilizare CRM.
Permis de conducere categoria B.
Cunostintele despre piata auto si finantarile auto constituie un avantaj.
Descrierea rolului
Rolul presupune gestionarea procesului complet de vanzare pentru autovehicule rulate, de la identificarea nevoilor clientului pana la livrarea autoturismului si mentinerea unei relatii excelente post-vanzare.
Responsabilitati principale
Consilierea clientilor in alegerea autoturismului potrivit, in functie de nevoi si buget.
Prezentarea si promovarea stocului de autoturisme rulate.
Gestionarea intregului proces de vanzare: ofertare, negociere, contractare si livrare.
Dezvoltarea si mentinerea relatiilor cu clientii existenti si potentiali.
Prospectarea activa a pietei si identificarea de noi oportunitati de vanzare.
Promovarea solutiilor de finantare, leasing, asigurari si servicii conexe.
Actualizarea informatiilor in CRM si respectarea procedurilor interne.
Participarea la evenimente, campanii si activitati de promovare organizate de companie.
Indeplinirea obiectivelor individuale de vanzari si satisfactie a clientilor.
