Cerințe obligatorii
Minimum 3-4 ani experiență dovedită în administrarea infrastructurii IT
Microsoft 365 – gestionare tenanți, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, politici de securitate
Active Directory – design, GPO, DVFS/DFS-R, federare și sincronizare cu cloud
Backup & Disaster Recovery – soluții enterprise (Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup sau similare), planuri de restaurare testate
Virtualizare – VMware vSphere sau Hyper-V (provizionare, migrare, monitoring)
Windows Server (2016 – 2025) – DHCP, DNS, File Services, clustering, hardening
Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu/Debian) – administrare servicii, securitate de bază
Responsabilități principale
Administrarea și monitorizarea întregii infrastructuri de rețea și servere (on-prem + cloud) – pentru clienti si intern
Implementarea și mentenanța politicilor de backup; testarea periodică a procedurilor de restore
Gestionarea conturilor, permisiunilor și politicilor în Active Directory și Microsoft 365
Instalarea, configurarea și patch-managementul serverelor Windows și Linux
Documentarea arhitecturii, procedurilor și incidentelor
