Key Responsibilities
Project Controls & Performance Oversight
• Support the monitoring and control of project cost, schedule, progress, and overall performance across the project portfolio.
• Apply project control methodologies such as earned value management (EVM), variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Support the standardization and continuous improvement of project reporting tools, governance templates, risk & opportunity tracking, and resource planning processes.
• Support compliance with internal project governance frameworks, quality management systems (QMS), and operational procedures.
• Coordinate follow-up activities related to corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and accountability.
• Provide independent analysis and visibility of project performance data, escalating areas requiring management attention when necessary.
Risk Management & Operational Governance
• Support risk workshops and cross-functional risk review sessions to facilitate identification, assessment, and prioritization of project and operational risks.
• Ensure high-probability and high-impact risks are escalated appropriately into business-level risk registers and governance forums.
• Monitor master risk registers to ensure mitigation actions, owners, and due dates remain current and actionable.
• Support integration of risk data into project cost forecasts, schedule analysis, and delivery planning activities.
• Assist with the development, monitoring, and follow-up of mitigation, recovery, and contingency plans.
• Support governance reviews, audit follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance and operational risk management.
Stakeholder Coordination & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Facilitate alignment between project controls, planning, governance, operational, and risk management activities across stakeholders and disciplines.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights and performance visibility to support informed operational and management decisions.
• Support management intervention activities through timely escalation of performance concerns, delivery risks, and governance gaps.
• Coordinate with project managers, planners, technical teams, commercial functions, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
Reporting, Analytics & Management Communication
• Prepare portfolio-level performance reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries to support operational planning and management decision-making.
• Support project review meetings, governance boards, and steering committee sessions through performance updates, risk summaries, trend analysis, and action tracking.
• Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, standardized, and aligned with governance expectations
Requirements and skills
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, Project Governance, Risk Management, Planning or related project support functions.
• Strong understanding of project controls methodologies, including KPI monitoring, performance analysis, forecasting, governance reporting, and risk management practices.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary projects in industrial, engineering, automation, EPC, or technical delivery environments.
• Experience with project planning and schedule coordination activities; knowledge of Primavera P6 is considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM), variance analysis, trend analysis, and project performance reporting methodologies is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in governance reporting, stakeholder coordination, operational follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar reporting and operational tools is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate across multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and support delivery within dynamic project environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and continuous improvement approach.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, or similar certifications are considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Flexible attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
