Alatura-te unuia dintre jucatorii importanti din domeniul consultantei si coordoneaza activitatile administrative intr-un rol dinamic, cu impact direct asupra eficientei si organizarii interne!

Responsabilitati principale
Coordoneaza activitatile administrative zilnice si asigura buna functionare a biroului;
Gestioneaza corespondenta, documentele si arhivarea acestora, atat in format fizic, cat si electronic;
Administreaza stocurile de consumabile si organizeaza achizitionarea materialelor necesare;
Coordoneaza relatia cu furnizorii de servicii si monitorizeaza contractele administrative;
Ofera suport administrativ echipei de management si organizeaza sedinte si intalniri;
Monitorizeaza cheltuielile administrative, verifica facturile si colaboreaza cu departamentul financiar pentru procesarea acestora;
Asigura colaborare cu furnizorii specializati;
Sprijina procesul de onboarding al noilor angajati din punct de vedere administrativ;
Identifica oportunitati de eficientizare a proceselor administrative si implementeaza solutii pentru optimizarea activitatii de office management.
Cerinte
Studii superioare finalizate (Licenta);
Experienta de minimum 4-5 ani pe o pozitie similara (Office Manager / Administrative Manager / Executive Assistant);
Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel avansat (scris si vorbit);
Cunostinte foarte bune de utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Excelente abilitati de organizare, planificare si prioritizare;
Capacitatea de a gestiona simultan mai multe activitati si de a respecta termene limita;
Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare si relationare;
Atentie la detalii, spirit de initiativa si orientare catre solutii;
Capacitate de coordonare a activitatilor administrative si de gestionare a relatiei cu furnizorii;
Discretie, responsabilitate si confidentialitate in gestionarea informatiilor.
