Responsabilitati:
Coordonarea echipei de vanzari auto, stabilirea obiectivelor si monitorizarea performanțelor;
Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor de vanzari pentru cresterea volumului de vanzari si atingerea targetelor stabilite;
Analizarea pietei auto, identificarea oportunităților si mentinerea relațiilor cu clientii actuali si potentiali;
Intocmeste si gestioneaza bugetul anual de venituri si cheltuieli al departamentului;
Pregatirea rapoartelor de vanzari si analiza acestora pentru a ajusta strategia de vanzari.
Cerinte:
Studii universitare/postuniversitare;
3-5 ani experienta in managementul vanzarilor auto;
Abilitati excelente de leadership si coordonare a unei echipe;
Capacitatea de a analiza piata si de a identifica oportunitati de crestere;
Cunostinte solide in tehnici de vanzare si negociere;
Abilitati de comunicare excelente si orientare catre client;
Persoana proactiva, cu initiativa si abilitati de gestionare a timpului;
Cunostinte foarte bune de limba engleza;
Permis de conducere categoria B.
