Responsabilitati:
• Dezvolta si extinde portofoliul de clienti prin atragerea de parteneri noi;
• Construieste si coordoneaza, pe masura dezvoltarii companiei, echipa de vanzari si marketing;
• Contribuie la planificarea si implementarea strategiei de extindere teritoriala, inclusiv prin deschiderea de noi filiale;
• Negociaza contracte comerciale si coordoneaza procesul de ofertare pana la semnarea acestora;
• Identifica noi oportunitati de business si segmente de piata cu potential;
• Elaboreaza si implementeaza strategia de dezvoltare comerciala la nivel national;
• Construieste si mentine relatii comerciale solide cu clienti strategici;
• Participa la definirea politicilor comerciale si la standardizarea proceselor de business development;
• Colaboreaza cu departamentele operationale pentru implementarea proiectelor comerciale;
• Analizeaza piata, concurenta si tendintele din industrie pentru identificarea de noi oportunitati;
• Defineste indicatori de performanta si urmareste atingerea obiectivelor comerciale.

• Gandire strategica si orientare catre rezultate;
• Excelente abilitati de negociere si influentare;
• Mentalitate orientata spre crestere si dezvoltare continua;
• Initiativa si capacitate ridicata de identificare a oportunitatilor;
• Capacitatea de a construi relatii de incredere;
• Colaborare eficienta cu echipe multidisciplinare;
• Fermitate in luarea deciziilor si asumarea responsabilitatii;
• Abordare echilibrata si non-conflictuala;
• Capacitate de organizare si prioritizare.
Cerinte:
• Studii superioare finalizate;
• Minimum 5-7 ani experienta in Business Development, cu rezultate demonstrate in dezvoltarea de business;
• Experienta in industrii precum servicii de mentenanta, instalatii, constructii sau domenii tehnice conexe;
• Experienta in dezvoltarea de parteneriate comerciale si deschiderea de noi oportunitati de business;
• Cunostinte tehnice reprezinta un avantaj, insa componenta comerciala este prioritara;
• Limba engleza la nivel conversational;
• Disponibilitate pentru deplasari la nivel national.
