Hotel Development Manager

Responsibilities
Coordinate the opening and operational setup of new hotel locations.
Work closely with the franchisor to implement the brand’s operational and commercial standards.
Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, investors, public authorities, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Participate in the negotiation and management of commercial contracts and partnerships required for hotel operations.
Contribute to defining the business development strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
Develop procedures, operational workflows, and working standards to ensure efficient and scalable operations.
Coordinate the implementation of the systems and processes required for hotel operations, in line with brand requirements and company objectives.
Monitor operational and financial KPIs and propose initiatives to improve performance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the preparation, launch, and development of new hotel locations.
Represent the company in relationships with external partners and contribute to building a strong and professional market presence.
Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within an international hotel chain or in projects developed under a franchise model.
Proven experience in opening new hotels or managing pre-opening projects is essential.
Exposure to international projects and experience working with international partners or hotel brands is considered a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of the commercial, contractual, and operational aspects of the hospitality industry.
Experience in developing partnerships and negotiating commercial relationships.
Ability to structure processes, build efficient organizations, and implement operational standards.
Strategic mindset, strong results orientation, and a solid understanding of key business performance indicators.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of an additional international language is considered an advantage.
Availability to travel depending on the stage and requirements of each project.
