SQL Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer incidents and requests, related to the database;
  •  Analyzing customer requests and proposing technical solutions;
  • Development of new functionalities in the database;
  • Defining functional specifications for requests from clients, in case it is necessary to involve the department programming; 
  • Collaboration with the programming department for implementation;
  • Testing of requests and their implementation;
  •  Resolving customer incidents and requests, related to the database.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with SQL Database;
  • Understanding and writing stock procedures;
  • Experience in Database optimization.
