◦ Creating and implementing recruitment strategies;
◦ Understanding job specifications, qualifications, and skills;
◦ Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients;
◦ Mediating the relationship between clients and candidates;
◦ Writing recommendations;
◦ Coaching candidates for the interviews;
◦ Giving customized feedback to the candidates;
◦ Updating internal databases with relevant information about the recruitment process.
