Our client is an industry-leading software integrator and solution house for automotive OEMs and suppliers. There are millions of cars on the road today with solutions designed by our client. The company is currently supporting several German OEMs in building their next-generation battery-electric vehicle platforms. They help industrializing, integrating and testing the platform and functional software, especially during critical integration phases approaching start-of-production. Skills required:
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI (or similar Python frameworks)
Solid knowledge of SQL databases
Good JavaScript skills and experience with Vue.js (Vue 2/3)
Understanding of REST API design
Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Nice To Have:
Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ
Knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
Experience with WebRTC or other real-time streaming technologies

Design, develop, and maintain backend services (Python/FastAPI or similar frameworks)
Build and optimize SQL database schemas and queries
Implement caching and messaging solutions (Redis, RabbitMQ)
Develop modern, responsive UIs with Vue 3 and JavaScript
Integrate with external APIs and services (CI/CD, streaming, device control)
Participate in architectural decision-making and performance tuning
Ensure code quality with unit and integration tests
