Holding weekly and effective one-on-one meetings with the recruitment team: HR Consultants, Recruitment Specialists, and Recruitment Analysts.
Overall responsibility for team success by agreeing, implementing, and monitoring individual or group objectives and targets.
Directly responsible for the induction process of new employees.
Developing the strategies for increasing team members’ engagement & motivation.
Responsible for implementing new solutions to improve the team's activity: recruitment process strategies, the allocation of recruitment projects according to the load, their complexity, and urgency.
Delivering workshops in accordance with the teams` needs.

Project Management:
Maintaining the relationship with the direct clients.
Assigning tasks within the project team in order to meet the deadlines and KPIs.
Creating the strategy and reorganizing it during the project taking into consideration the results or the resources.
Running project analysis monthly or quarterly in order to keep an overview of the project`s progress.
