Responsibilities:
— Work for the Business Development Department.
— Conduct ongoing market research and cold calling.
— Preparing customized offers: recruitment, assessment center, due diligence, leasing, training, workshop, and team building.
— Preparing and checking contracts, additional acts, and confidentiality agreements.
— Issuing invoices and sending them to the clients.
— Preparing and sending notifications for clients in case of unpaid invoices.
— Preparing and sending correspondence.
— Preparing meetings for the department.
— Offering support continuously in order to maintain the relation with our existing clients.
— Updating and maintaining the presentation materials of the company.
— Electronic archiving of the documents involved in the sales activity.
Requirements:
— 1 – 3 years of related experience in business development or professional sales services.
— English – Advanced level.
— Knowledge of the HR market is an advantage.
— Ability to work under stress.
— PC literate.
— Driving license is a must.
