Role description:
- As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Key Account sales professionals to set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets on a quarterly, and yearly basis. You will be responsible for revenue assurance, ensuring that sales efforts effectively translate into revenue, considering the diverse implementation timelines of our projects.
- You will define and continuously refine sales objectives, providing clear direction and support to your team. Your role will include developing and optimizing the bonus scheme to align incentives with performance, ensuring motivation and engagement across the team.
- In addition to sales leadership, you will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales team. You will foster a culture of high performance through ongoing training, performance reviews, and actionable feedback, helping each team member reach their full potential.
- Your responsibilities will also include managing and strengthening relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships, and continuously identifying opportunities for growth. You will actively engage with both existing and new customers, working alongside account managers to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of sales management experience in B2B ICT, preferably within IT integrators, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering complex IT projects.
- You have strong key account management expertise, including sales budgeting, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- You are passionate about client experience and have a well-established network of executives across top companies in Romania.
- You possess a strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, thriving in fast-paced environments and excelling in change management.
- You are an effective coach and mentor, skilled in performance management and motivating high-performing teams.
- You have experience in developing and refining bonus schemes, aligning sales team motivation with company goals;
- A bachelor’s degree in technology or economics is preferred.
