YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide IT support on our systems to customers
• Prioritize tickets and solve (complex) technical questions or malfunctions
• Remote work on our product (Watch-it Core)
• Working closely with our audit center in Cluj (Romania) and colleagues in Netherlands and Germany
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- University diploma
- Good to excellent English language skills
- Good to excellent German language skills
- Excellent Computing skills
