You will implement snacking vision and to drive category growth, you will provide comprehensive reviews and make category-led recommendations. You will ensure that retail and space expertise influences the right decisions on new packaging, shelf, and fixture layout to maximize company distribution.
Role description:
• Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs;
• Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing;
• Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan;
• Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend;
• Work closely with the Country CP Lead, key account managers (KAMs), and marketing teams to ensure category plans are aligned with business objectives;
• Support the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for key retailers;
• Provide data driven recommendations to support commercial discussions and negotiations;
• Ensure optimal product assortment and placement to maximize shelf efficiency and shopper engagement;
• Monitor category sales performance, market share, and PS KPIs;
• Utilize shopper insights and market data (e.g., Nielsen, IGD, internal data) to provide actionable recommendations;
• Identify and address gaps between forecasted and actual category performance.
