Project Description:
Join our Development Centre in Bucharest and become part of a professional, open-minded team working with a global client. In this role, you’ll support the implementation of enterprise-wide Identity and Access strategies within a complex banking environment. You’ll contribute to designing and running logical access services for business applications and data, including role and entitlement management and access concepts, while developing your skills and growing your career in a modern security organization.
Skills required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on role-based access control.
• At least 3 years working experience in a BA role with IAM exposure • Proven experience in engineering of complex applications
• Hands-on experience in cyber security frameworks, regulatory standards and methodologies, especially IAM
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and frameworks, with knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of database models, web services, APIs and system integrations
• Exposure to activity management using tools such as Atlassian JIRA
• Exposure documentation tools such as Atlassian Confluence
• Exposure to Scrum methodology and Agile environments
• Exposure to software development lifecycles (SDLC) in enterprises
• General understanding of IT infrastructure architecture
• Strong sense of taking hands-on ownership and accountability
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to
communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and on senior management level
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and develop the central governance process for tracking role and entitlement changes effectively for all relevant applications of our customer
• Ensure completeness and quality of the impact assessments for roles and entitlements related changes.
• Analyze the options to enhance the BAU roles and entitlements changes process, automate and align with our client's strategic tools, while driving the process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the relevant teams.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the security and integrity of our customer's digital assets.
• Participate in the design and implementation of role-based access control models, working closely with stakeholders to define and document entitlements based on business requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support on IAM best practices, standards, and emerging technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and integration of IAM solutions.
• Create reports & dashboards for Senior Management and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the business stakeholders and (Area) Product Owner stakeholders in order to understand and refine requirements
• Conduct analysis for technical, functional and security requirements and discuss deep dive questions with technical and business teams
• Support on audit enquiries to ensure they are properly addressed
• Be a pro-active self-starter with a structured and solution-oriented mind-set
• Be accountable for adequate activity and information management in Confluence and Jira
