Responsabilities:

-Learning the whole recruitment process step by step;
-Offering support for consultants;
-Working with branch manager and consultants on their projects;
CV screening;
-Prospecting the market in terms of industries and roles and getting information about them;
-Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations;
-Scheduling candidate interviews;
-Participating in both telephone/face to face interviews;
-Conducting both telephone/face to face interviews;
-Scheduling candidate interviews;
-Creating the candidate's profile;
-Realizing CVs in a standard format;
-Translating CVs and Job Descriptions;
-Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes.
